  • A short justification

  • Evidence from trial, demo, or references

Scoring rules

  • 5: clearly exceeds requirements

  • 4: meets requirements, minor gaps

  • 3: workable with compromises

  • 2: major gaps

  • 1: fails outright

For each option:

  • Strengths: where it clearly wins

  • Weaknesses: where it fails

Final call

Rank by weighted score, then challenge it:

  • Does the result match your priorities

  • Are you comfortable with the risks

  • Would you make the same call again in six months

If not, your scoring is off. Fix it.
